Payment Terms

  • Level 1: $150/hr

  • Level 2: $150/hr

  • Whole unit: $300/hr

  • Cleaning Fee: $100/level, $250/whole unit

  • Food & Beverages Surcharge: $100/booking for events with catering, cooking, or F&B Service

  • Refundable Security Deposit: $500

  • Min 4 hours booking

  • 20% per hour surcharge for bookings that starts/ends between 9pm - 9am

  • Bulky Furniture Relocation and/or off-site storage starts from $350

  • 100% payment must be made to confirm the booking

  • All payment is to be made within 7 days from the date of invoice

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer, cheques, or PayNow
